My attempt at yoga
Ha. It was interesting to say the least. I had never done yoga before so when I was offered the chance to get a yoga dvd to review, I said yes. I decided that I would incorporated the yoga into my workout schedule.
I worked out for 3 days as usual then on the 4th day I started doing the yoga. It was an experience to say the least. I felt very relaxed but invigorated. I felt like I was elongating my limbs while stretching them. I didn’t think I would be able to do some of the positions. I had to stretch my legs in ways that I never had before. I’m glad that I went for the beginner’s yoga dvd or I might have been in trouble.
Right now my goal is to lose weight so I will only use the yoga once or twice a week. But once I lose the majority of my weight. I will use the yoga to maintain my weight, correct my posture and help me feel healthy in general.
