Getting back on the exercise kick
For a while I was exercising a lot. Then I got burned out so I tried to find a new regiment. I came up with a plan but after 8 straight days, I stopped. I think my new plan of attack is 4-5 days per week. It’s easiest to work out on the weekend except I had a ton of stuff to do this past weekend so I didn’t get it done.
I hope to have some success with this. I would like to drop at least 10 pounds of fat by summer.
