I need some serious motivation
I haven’t felt like exercising for the past few weeks. I’ve seriously slacked off of my exercise program recently. I used to exercise 5 or 6 days per week. Now I’m lucky if I get 3 days in. I also have a ton of junk food in the house that I need to eat or get rid of. I can’t even imagine throwing food away. I’ve been planning on going to weightlossstories.org to see what other people have been doing and what works for them. I do realize that not everything will work for everyone but I’m curious as to what’s out there.
I plan on losing some weight this year and I need all the help I can get.
